The protagonist in my video (me) is curious about the nightlife at the Cafetin in Buenos Aires in Zürich. She places three peanuts on the bar as bait and hides to watch what happens. It comes all different than she expected and she suddenly finds herself in another world, full of dance, colors and fun. This is the fascinating life of the little plastic figures that serve as glass markers at Cafetin de Buenos Aires.
The video is made for a 270° projection. The first part is for watching. In the second part, viewers can dance within the installation.
